Atomic Capital provides digital security issuance software, fundraising services, and direct allocations for exceptional investments across the physical infrastructure, information technology, and life sciences sectors.
Build a proprietary blockchain platform and a white label solution for Atomic Capital. The platform required identifying investors and ensuring their accreditation, and allowing them to invest in offerings listed by Issuers and for issuers to be able to track investor’s progress status.
Research
We started this project by getting an in-depth understanding of the users which include both investors and issuers, determining the requirements and scope of work, learning about the kind of process users would have to go through on the platform, and researching the third-party APIs.
Design
We identified the UX research insights to innovate, generate ideas and produce designs while working on the user experience.
Development
We integrated plugins and APIs and completed the front and back-end web development required for the platform.
This platform is used to qualify investors participating in fund raises managed by Atomic Capital where they go through a KYC check from IdentityMind and an accreditation check via Box and third-party legal counsel. Issuers are also able to track investors’ progress and accept/reject investment requests.
The Issuance system on Atomic Capital helped provide a fundraising platform for the investors through software implementation and system architecture. Issuers also have the ability to generate and administer highly-secure, fully-compliant digital securities. This includes the legal and technical structuring of digital securities and integration with escrow, custody, and secondary market solutions.
Perpetual built a proprietary blockchain platform and white label solution for us from the ground up. They helped us determine the requirements and scope of work, researching third-party APIs that we could integrate such as Stripe. Perpetual has consistently delivered on time and is available to communicate across multiple channels. Their proactive, organized approach sets them apart from others.
