Crafting compelling messaging for a global audience was a priority in our work with DAI. We needed to distill intricate concepts into straightforward, persuasive messaging, avoiding unnecessary complexity to allow easy comprehension across the diverse cultural backgrounds of DAI SMP's user base.

Whether the user is interested in navigating niche industries or exploring suppliers in remote locations, our messaging is informative and easily comprehensible. It's not just about what the platform offers though; we wanted to show understanding of the different user journeys and their intentions. Rather than adopting a "one-size-fits-all" messaging style, our approach involved segmenting personas and personalizing DAI SMP's features to them. A Procurement Specialist would use the platform in a different way than a Supply Chain Manager, for example, so the site needed to reflect this.

Responsive by Design

Our responsive design, with some sections anchored in a flexible bento box style grid, ensures a smooth transition from desktop all the way down to mobile. The site is as optimized for phones as it is for desktop computers. Speaking of optimization—in a world where internet speeds vary tremendously, we prioritized a light and fast-loading website for DAI SMP. We ensured that all users, no matter their location or internet conditions, can swiftly access the website.
